These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Sembolize (the "Game") and the website sembolize.com (the "Website"), operated by Murat Gür ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, or by using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or the Website.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Intellectual Property

The Game, the Website, and all content within them — including the Sembolize name and logo, graphics, artwork, puzzles, text, sounds, and software — are owned by or licensed to Murat Gür and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Game or the Website except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Game;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the Game or the Website;
• use the Game or the Website for any unlawful purpose.

4. Advertising and Purchases

The Game is free to play and may display third-party advertisements. The Game may also offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or purchasing in-game items). All purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under that store's own terms and refund policies. In-game items and currencies have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or the Website (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required for continued play. We are not liable for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or availability of the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Gür shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game or the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Game and the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Game or the Website. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at sembolize.com/terms.html. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
