This Privacy Policy describes how Murat Gür ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Sembolize (the "Game") and the website sembolize.com (the "Website").

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details to play the Game. However, the following information may be collected automatically:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, and general device settings.
• Advertising identifiers: such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or the IDFA on iOS, used by our advertising partners.
• Usage data: gameplay events such as levels played, session length, and in-game progress, used to improve the Game.
• Crash and diagnostic data: technical logs that help us find and fix problems.
• Approximate location: a coarse, country/region-level location derived from your IP address, used for regional content and advertising compliance. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.

2. Third-Party Services

The Game may use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob / Google Ads — advertising
• Google Play Services — platform services
• Google Firebase / Analytics — analytics and crash reporting
• Apple App Store services — platform services (iOS)

These partners may collect and process device identifiers and usage data as described in their own policies. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent (for example via a consent form shown in the Game) before personalized ads are served.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
• To display advertising, which keeps the Game free to play;
• To measure performance and fix crashes and bugs;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads in the Game are served by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. You can limit personalized advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt shown when the Game first requests permission.
• Where a consent dialog is shown in the Game, you can decline or later change your choice from the Game's settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the Game is played by users in age groups covered by children's privacy laws (such as COPPA in the United States or the GDPR's provisions on minors), advertising is configured to be non-personalized as required. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep automatically collected data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention policies of the third-party providers listed in Section 2. Because the Game does not use accounts, uninstalling the Game stops all data collection, and game progress stored on your device is removed. To request deletion of any data associated with your device identifiers, contact us at the address below.

7. Your Rights (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Residents of Türkiye have rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK); residents of the EU/EEA under the GDPR; and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. 8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work with established providers (Google, Apple) that maintain industry-standard safeguards.

9. The Website

The Website is a static informational site. It does not use analytics and does not set cookies itself. Our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log IP addresses for security purposes. See our Cookies Policy for details.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at sembolize.com/privacy.html, with the "Last updated" date shown above.
